アカデミックガウン各サイズの貸し出し枚数には限りがございます。お申込の早い方順にサイズは確保いたします。
記載のない時間帯は、すでに満数となっておりますのでご了承くださいませ。
お申込受付期間：令和8年9月11日（金）まで。
ガウンレンタル当日は、ご注文後に届くメールの受付IDをご準備ください。
すずかけ台店での返却をご希望の方は、生協店舗（大岡山店・すずかけ台店）でお申込ください。
※延長料金は１日あたり2000円です。式前後のレンタル、ご返却ご希望の方は店舗にてお申込みください。
※紛失破損及び酷い汚れ・シミは実費、返却遅延は5,000円をご負担いただきます。

This is the application for academic gown rental for the Degree Conferral Ceremony on Thursday, September 24 (for non-members of the Kuramae Kogyokai Alumni Association).
The number of academic gowns available for rent is limited for each size. Sizes will be secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that time slots not listed are already fully booked.
Application deadline: Friday, September 11, 2026.
On the day of the rental, please have the "Reception ID" ready (this will be sent to you via email after your order is placed).
If you wish to return the gown at the Suzukakedai store, please submit your application at one of the Co-op stores (Ookayama or Suzukakedai).
* The late return fee is 2,000 yen per day. If you wish to rent or return the gown outside of the scheduled ceremony times, please apply at the store.
* You will be charged the actual cost for loss, damage, or severe staining/soiling, and a fee of 5,000 yen for late returns.
